📅 ระยะเวลาทดลอง: 1 พฤษภาคม - 31 ตุลาคม 2569ฐานข้อมูลที่เป็นเครื่องมือการเรียนรู้สำหรับ นักศึกษาแพทย์ และแพทย์ประจำบ้าน ในการฝึกฝนทักษะและสร้างความมั่นใจในการวินิจฉัยโรค โดยใช้กรอบแนวคิดที่เป็นระบบ และการตัดสินใจทางการแพทย์ที่มีหลักฐานทางวิชาการรองรับ เพื่อให้มีความชำนาญและแม่นยำยิ่งขึ้น
ผู้ใช้งานสามารถทำการซักประวัติและวิเคราะห์คนไข้จำลองผ่านการแชทโต้ตอบอัจฉริยะ ซึ่งรองรับการสื่อสารทั้งภาษาไทยและภาษาอังกฤษ
คุณต้องสร้างบัญชีด้วยตนเอง ไม่สามารถสมัครแทนกันได้ โดยทำตามขั้นตอนนี้
ต้องเป็นบัญชีอีเมลที่ลงท้ายด้วยโดเมนที่กำหนดเท่านั้น:

แม้ว่าคุณจะมีบัญชีผู้ใช้ระบบ MH Account ที่ใช้ล็อกอินระบบ AccessMedicine อยู่ก่อนหน้านี้แล้วก็ตาม คุณไม่สามารถใช้บัญชีดังกล่าวเข้าใช้งานระบบนี้ได้ จำเป็นต้องทำการลงทะเบียนสมัครบัญชีใหม่สำหรับระบบ Clinical Reasoning นี้โดยเฉพาะค่ะ

You must register your own individual account. Account sharing or registration by proxy is not permitted.
Your account must end with one of the following official domains:
The system will email you a temporary one-time login link. You must click to activate the link within 24 hours.
Create and set your own password to log in directly next time.
Check your institutional email inbox, then click the activation link to complete your initial registration process.
Log in directly on the website with your custom password, or request a one-time Temporary Access Link via your email.
Every 180 days, the system will prompt you to re-verify your institutional affiliation by clicking an email verification link (Temporary Access Link).
Even if you have an active MH Account used to log in to AccessMedicine, you cannot use it to access this database. You must register a new, dedicated account specifically for Clinical Reasoning.
